Philip Andrew Hamilton has earned a Bachelors of Science in Administration of Justice from George Mason University, an advanced paralegal certification from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Science in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix. Philip has interned as the Howard County Public Defender’s Office, where he assisted attorneys with criminal cases. Before starting his own business in 2017, Philip has worked as a paralegal at corporate law firms such as BrownGreer, LLC. and McGuire Woods.
Hamilton Legal Services began in California with a focus on legal process of service, court research and court filings in the Bay Area of California. In 2020, Philip relocated his business to the east coast where he covers service requests for attorneys in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
In 2025, Hamilton Legal Services was established as a Limited Liability Company with 10 contractors working under Philip. Hamilton Legal Services retrieves thousands of court documents every month and has each file shared in Dropbox with clients of the company. In the near future, the owner is looking to expand into West Virginia and Tennessee.
