• Legal process of service of petitions for divorce, child support orders. restraining orders, evictions notices, civil summons and subpoenas for witnesses and testimony. If the defendant or witness is evading service, my process servers will ask neighbors for information and can partake in stakeouts for a rate of $100 per hour, with a two hour minimum. My process servers provide photographs to show that attempts were made to the residential and business addresses listed on the work orders.
• Court research is conducted for civil and criminal cases at the General District Courts and for appealed cases at the Circuit Court.
• Auctioneers and witnesses for foreclosure auctions in front of courthouses. My auctioneers and witnesses can provide GPS stamped photographs, taken in front of the courthouse, to provide proof that the auction occurred at the time ordered by a judge.
